This notice covers the Mailfact paid beta at mailfact.app. Mailfact is a service of New IT.

What we store

Account email and password hash, organisation and domain names, the DMARC reports receivers send to your rua address, and API tokens as hashes. The raw token is shown once and is not stored.

Payments

Checkout and the card are handled by Stripe. Mailfact stores the Stripe customer id and the plan, not the card number.

Why

We store this to run the product you signed up for: show the reports, send the alerts on your plan, and bill the plan you chose.

Country on an IP

When a report row shows a country, that lookup uses IPinfo (CC-BY-SA 4.0).
